The Career Counselling and Job Placement Center (CCJPC) and the Centre for Research, Human Resource Development and Publications (CRHP) of Prime University jointly organized a thought-provoking seminar on “WHY SOUTH KOREA: Opportunities, Culture & Education” on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM in the university’s Conference Room (Level 7, Room 805).

The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdur Rahman, Acting Vice Chancellor, as Chief Guest, and chaired by Captain M. A. Jabber, BN (Retd.), Registrar of Prime University.

Keynote speeches were delivered by Edward Kim, CEO, K-Village, Mr. Martin Kwon, Vice President, and Mr. Munim Hossain, Business Development Officer of K-Village, offering valuable insights into South Korea’s education system, culture, and prospects for Bangladeshi students.

Mr. Bidduth Kumar Dutta, Assistant Professor and Coordinator of CCJPC, delivered the welcome speech emphasizing the importance of global awareness and intercultural skills.

The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session, highlighting Prime University’s dedication to fostering international collaboration and empowering students for global opportunities.
