Prime University, in collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation, Bangladesh, successfully organized a three-day workshop on “The Development of Employability Soft Skills for Faculty Members” on 22nd, 23rd, and 28th July 2025.

The inaugural session was graced by Prof. Dr. Abdur Rahman, Vice Chancellor (Acting) & Treasurer, as Chief Guest, and chaired by Captain M. A. Jabber, BN (Retd.), Registrar. Mr. Md. Omar Faruk, Director, Student Success, Wadhwani Foundation, conducted the sessions along with Mrs. Swati and Mr. Khondkar Abdullah Mahmud.

The workshop aimed to enhance core soft skills such as adaptability, communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence among faculty members to boost teaching, research, and institutional performance.
