Message from the Head of the Department
Welcome to the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Prime University.
The mission of the Department is to explore areas and dimensions of the subject for the nation building and beyond through academic search and development. Producing efficient engineers in the specialized fields of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) is our main task.We are sincerely committed to contribute our resources for the development of Bangladesh in different job sectors such as power plant and telecommunication engineering, banking sector and industries including different private organizations.
The Department of EEE was founded on January 4, 2009. From the very beginning, the Department has been trying hard to ensure high quality education through excellent theoretical teaching with practical teaching aids. The department has excellent laboratory facilities to perform experiments in the area of electronics, electrical circuits, power generation, microwave and telecommunication engineering, instrumentation and control system. The department arranges hands-on training on embedded system and microcontroller systems, project fair etc.Our graduate employment rate is very high.
The department is focusing on promoting employability, entrepreneurship, leadership, research aptitude among the students to contribute to the economic well-being and technological developments of Bangladesh.
