A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today, 3 December 2025, between Prime University and Banglalink at the University’s Board Room. This agreement paves the way for Banglalink to provide corporate services and other facilities to Prime University, marking the beginning of a collaborative partnership aimed at enhancing communication and technological support for the institution.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Md. Mustafa Kamal, Registrar of Prime University, and Mr. Rubaiyat Alam Tanzeen, Large Corporate Director of Banglalink, on behalf of their respective organizations.

The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of Adv. Abul Kalam Azad, Treasurer, Board of Trustees; Md. Mamun Sobhan, Member, Board of Trustees; Prof. Dr. Quazi Deen Mohd Khosru, Vice Chancellor; and Prof. Dr. Abdur Rahman, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Acting) & Treasurer of Prime University. Also present, Deans of the faculties, Heads of the Departments, Deputy Registrars and other distinguished officials.

From Banglalink, SM Shamsur Rahman, Head of Strategic Business, Nafiz Ahmed Sayed, Head of Business Solution and Nirmol Kumar Dey, Senior Corporate Account Manager, Enterprise Business, were present at the occasion.
